I got a letter today from Martine. As punishment for not writing in four months I wrote her a page of Danish. I sent the translation to Cathy to give to Martine after my letter arrives.

I rang Morten when I got home from posting the letters. He was supposed to be having a party on Saturday night. Because of the lack of people going it was called off. Morten was going to another party and I had been invited as well but I decided not to go. Peter was going to come to Morten's party but he hadn't been invited to the other. I decided it wasn't very fair on Peter if I went.

After tea went to the Keseler's. there was an official unofficial goodbye to Mette [before her exchange trip to Australia]. There were a few other Y's Men there After seeing the slides Mette will take to Australia we had supper and after supper I helped Mette ring Mrs Cameron. I think Mette said about four words. It was good to hear a familiar voice.
