One parade in a weekend is not enough. Easter Monday in Bendigo is celebrated by the Gala Parade. Wendy took the lead and had our prime spot reserved just after 9.00 am. The rest of us followed about an hour later.

It's was a good parade as usual and as usual the finale was Sun Loong, the longest Chinese imperial dragon in the world. Year after year he's worth waiting for.

Home again.

This time to a party amongst family and friends. Though it was David's birthday that wasn't the reason for the party. Once everyone had left David and Rob started playing with David's new slot car set.
